My family was here for easter so I didnt have a lot of time but I used my evenings handstitching some things while I was watching Dvds that my dad brought me.
My skirt is fiiiiiiiiinaaaallly done! Started that last september but never bothered putting the zip in and the hem never got done either.. Same fabric as my blue dress (different colour organza though), just thought Id use the bits that I had left.
Photos arent the best, but you cant really do much without a model ;)
And the fabric looks slightly creased, but thats just the way it is I guess. I spent ages trying to iron this fucker but soon as you pick it up it already resembles a grannys arse again.
Looking at it again now, Im quite happy I didnt have to make another zillion organza flowers again. After my final collection last year at college, I think Ive made enough for a lifetime!!
Ayyyy and a bit of embellishment, found the rest of my white silk organza and made the top of a dress which Im just decorating now, the rest will be added as soon as all the beading is done.
Something to do while watching Tv when Im not in the mood for knitting :)
